Primary Therapist

Epiphany Wellness is hiring a Primary Therapist to observe and monitor patients in treatment and reporting duties as assigned by direct supervisor. This position contributes to the welfare of the organization and assists patients in a variety of activities.

The ideal Candidate for this position will be highly engaging with vulnerable clients undergoing struggles with addiction and or mental health issues to provide a stable path to recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Group Facilitation
• Individual CounselingCrisis Intervention
• Documentation/Scheduling
• Treatment Planning
• Other duties as determined by Executive Director

Schedule:

• 4 Daytime Shifts, 1 Evening Shift

Qualifications:

• Active or Pending LCADC or LSW preferred.
• Master's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Must be a self-starter, organized and have an ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient Google Suite or Microsoft Office software preferred.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
