Director, Value & Access - PEDs-TDAP-Meningitis-Vaccines
New Jersey (on-site 3 days a week)
EPM is supporting a leading global pharmaceutical organization in their search for their next leader in Value and Access to join their team. The Director of Value & Access will optimize customer engagements, shape access initiatives for high-impact products one of which protects infants from RSV, as well as lead future launch strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead U.S. Market Access Strategy for RSV and travel vaccines, aligning cross-functional teams across brand, pricing, reimbursement, and customer engagement.
- Optimize Health System & HCP Engagements by guiding field teams (VALs, RELs), developing FADAMA-approved materials, and training on effective use.
- Communicate Value Beyond Pricing by partnering with Pricing, Contracting, and HEVA to support strategic messaging and enhance reimbursement discussions.
- Drive Reimbursement Strategy through coding, competitive analysis, and alignment with optimal access pathways for new and existing products.
- Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration & Intelligence by embedding with brand teams, leveraging HIT and quality measures, and supporting launch excellence and business development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees are preferred.
- 8-10 years' experience in Vaccines - Market Access, Pricing or Reimbursement
- Proven ability to present to senior leadership
- Proven success in product launches and cross-functional leadership
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills

Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
