SECTION I – GENERAL SKILL/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Maintain, manage and update projects schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 on a monthly basis or as needed.
- Maintain proper project and activity codes in the Primavera Systems.
- Review project status periodically and identify schedule/cost variance.
- Perform project/program/portfolio cost and schedule analysis.
- Prepare monthly capital progress/variance reports and assist in preparation of executive level summary reports.
- Conduct analysis of the capital plan spending and forecasting, evaluate and report on project progress and performance.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other project controls specialists; mentor and supervise junior project controls staff, as needed.
SECTION II – GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor of Science Degree in an engineering, accounting, economic or business administration discipline or a Project Management Professional certification along with a technical degree.
- Project Controls Specialist requires hands-on Primavera P6 experience on version 8.3 or higher.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience around project control.
- Proficiency in the use of standard Microsoft Office products, Primavera P6 (Oracle’s Project Management software).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
Compensation: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
