Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of BS of Pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing in the state of WI
- 1 year of experience for each of the following attributes: Professional, Punctual, Productive, and Critical Thinker
- Pharmacy Practice Experience
