Equity Staffing Group is hiring for Associate HR Project Coordinator for our client in Minneapolis, MN. Our client is a recognized community health partner, committed to improving the health outcomes and reducing barriers to care for the populations it supports.
Responsibilities:
- Research and develop job descriptions by combining existing and prior job descriptions, using established templates and guidance.
- Collaborate with HR and leaders to confirm role details and refine job descriptions based on feedback
- Manage the job description review and approval process, tracking progress, deliverables and timelines
- Provide clear updates on progress, next steps, and outstanding actions to stakeholders
- Ensure approved job descriptions are finalized, organized, and published in designated systems or repositories
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, project coordination, or a related role
- Experience with MS Teams, SharePoint, and Excel
