Job Description

• Determines, verifies, and documents eligibility and notifies parents of their eligibility status.
• Maintain all child care appeals and conduct scheduled appeal hearings.
• Tracks attendance and services utilization.
• Maintain an Early Learning Program caseload which includes different partnerships.
• Refers suspected fraud or misuse to the appropriate resource.
• Provides process informational support/instruction to parents as needed.
• Serves on work groups and manages special projects and assignments.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience
• One to three years in workforce development
• Strong customer service skills required
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills, including a positive attitude and good listening skills
• Ability to work with people from various backgrounds and with various needs
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with have strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to work in many different programs/platforms.
• Be reliable and a team-player
