Job Title: ALFA Analyst (Software Configuration)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Software Configuration Analyst (ALFA Analyst) who will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting software solutions in ALFA – a critical platform in our Auto Finance business. This role is crucial to delivering an exceptional customer experience and will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain ALFA software solutions, following company standards and practices.
- Provide technical support including on-call availability for system troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the configuration team to ensure high-quality deployments.
- Learn and implement software configuration concepts, patterns, and data modeling.
- Support data migrations, scripting, and system integrations as required.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in application or software configuration (preferred).
- Willingness to learn ALFA system configuration and related business processes.
- Exposure or understanding of:
- Microsoft SQL Server scripting and relational data models
- Database schemas and data migration
- Authentication/Authorization and Unit Testing
- Automated performance testing & CI/CD practices
- Security compliance and data protection
