π§Ύ Job Description:
We are seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer with deep hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Terraform. This role is critical in building and scaling our internal developer platform (IDP) and supporting a range of infrastructure solutions in a hybrid cloud environment.
As a key member of the Cloud Enablement team, you'll help standardize and automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure-as-Code principles, support Kubernetes integrations, and enable application teams to deliver at scale.
π Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform on GCP
- Support Kubernetes deployments and manage large-scale containerized environments
- Contribute to building our Internal Developer Platform (IDP)
- Standardize and automate deployment pipelines across environments
- Collaborate closely with application teams to provide cloud-native solutions
β Must-Have Skills:
- Strong, hands-on experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
- Expertise in Terraform β module creation, automation, reusability
- Experience in DevOps/Cloud Platform Engineering in hybrid environments (GCP AWS)
- Experience with Kubernetes (GKE preferred), Docker, Jenkins, Harness, Ansible
- Experience in automated image lifecycle management (compute and containers)
- Familiarity with tools like Cloud Deployment Manager, Artifactory, and Splunk
- Ability to relocate and be onsite in Jacksonville, FL from day one
