Manager

Espresso-ly Yours Coffee Shop in Nampa, Idaho is looking for an experienced manager to join our amazing 6 barista team!

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, highly motivated, passionate and engaged! The candidate will be in charge of creating seamless atmosphere for the baristas at the shop and the supervisors and operation managers. The key goal is to build a positive culture within the company and create an unforgettable customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare hot and cold coffee/tea and other drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• Track Inventory & Keep Constant Communication with the Team
• Operate Cash Registers and Credit Card Machines
• Maintain wonderful customer relations and quick service
• hold baristas accountable
• Understand sales trends and new products, create opportunities within
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 30lbs
• other tasks as assigned by managers/supervisors
• Train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded
• Manage employees to provide exceptional drink quality in a timely and cost effective method
• Schedule, supervise and train
• Manage vendor services to maintain appropriate quantities and quality of product

Qualifications:

• Six months proven work experience as a barista
• 12 months proven work experience managing/supervising and/or delegating/leading others
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to Delegate the work of others
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
• Wonderful communication skills
• Knowledge of the retail/sales environment
• Strong customer experience/service skills
• Ability to build relationships and work with others
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14 - $16.00/hour Tips.
