Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Intern will support the day-to-day functions within the Web Operations and SEO team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Web Operation Responsibilities:
- Assist with content management and day-of launches across all of our bride and retail-facing websites.
- Duties would include reviewing, publishing, and optimizing content on our websites, blogs, and internal systems, as well as assisting with QA and support around our web development projects and performing industry competitive research.
- SEO Responsibilities:
- Working with the team to optimize web pages and assets by updating image attributes, title tags, and page titles.
- Consolidate content pages and work with other teams to draft, organize and publish new content.
Qualifications
Skills and Abilities:
- Current Student or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field.
- Data driven. Demonstrated analytical skills. Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills. It’s not enough to have the right answer, you need to be able to effectively communicate your strategies and work well with others.
- Ability to work at a fast pace with a sense of hustle while remaining detail-oriented.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards is highly desired.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Wordpress CMS and basic HTML highly preferred.
- Ability to set goals and prioritize between a multitude of tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-focused with ability to work autonomously as needed.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, dynamic environment where multi-tasking and adaptability are a requirement.
- Procedure and process oriented with the ability to work within departmental projects and timelines.
