Luxury Apartment Leasing Agent – Lease-Up Experience Required
Essential Staffing Solutions is actively hiring an experienced Apartment Leasing Agent to join our team and represent a luxury lease-up property. We are looking for polished, dependable professionals who exude positivity, take pride in their appearance, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced apartment community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and tour prospective residents, highlighting the luxury features of the community
- Handle the full leasing process from inquiry to move-in
- Process applications, lease agreements, and renewals
- Accurately manage rent payments and deposits
- Maintain leasing reports and resident records
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service to residents and prospects
- 6–12 months of apartment leasing experience required
- Luxury and lease-up property experience is strongly preferred
- Professional appearance and business attire required
- Must comply with property-specific dress code
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Familiar with leasing software such as Yardi, OneSite, etc.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability to work weekends as needed
- Temporary-to-permanent placement opportunities
