```Duties```

  • Utilize photography equipment to capture stunning images of properties, both interior and exterior.
  • Follow specific guidelines and shooting techniques to ensure consistency in the quality of images.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that images are properly composed, focused, and edited for color correction, exposure, and other enhancements.
  • Uploading files to a file share for photo editing
  • Collaborate with our team and real estate agents to understand their requirements and expectations for each project.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire photography process.
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition, including camera gear, lenses, tripods, and lighting equipment
  • Utilize your dependable transportation to commute to different properties and locations across the Puget Sound area.
  • ```Qualifications```
  • High School Diploma or Higher Education
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older to fulfill legal obligations and responsibilities associated with the job.
  • Reliable Transportation: Possession of a reliable vehicle with valid insurance to travel to various locations efficiently and without interruption.
  • Professional Appearance: Present a polished and professional appearance when meeting clients, reflecting a high level of professionalism and representing the company's brand image.
  • Photography Skills: Demonstrated expertise in photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing composition and lighting. Real estate photography experience is not needed. Will train the right candidate
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in operating professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and tripods, as well as editing software to enhance and retouch images.
  • Very Flexible Schedule: Ability to adapt and accommodate a highly flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional last-minute assignments to align with the dynamic nature of the real estate industry.
  • Skills:

Photography Experience Preferred: Proficient in photography techniques, including composition, lighting, and exposure, to capture high-quality images of real estate properties.

Equipment Proficiency: Skilled in operating professional-grade photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, tripods, and lighting equipment to produce exceptional results.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to capture and showcase property features accurately, ensuring accurate representation for potential buyers or renters.

  • Time Management: Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines for photo shoots, delivering images, ensuring efficient workflow and client satisfaction.

Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders, understanding their requirements and delivering on their expectations.

Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to different shooting environments, property types, and client preferences, adjusting techniques and approaches as necessary to meet diverse needs.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to keep track of appointments, assignments, and client preferences, ensuring efficient scheduling and smooth workflow.

Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges that may arise during photo shoots and find creative solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
