Internal Medicine Veterinary Technician Opportunity
We are seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Technician to join our Internal Medicine Team on a Wednesday through Saturday schedule. As a vital member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and support to patients and their families.
About the Role:
- Educate clients extensively on internal medicine topics, including disease processes, medications, and follow-up care.
- Obtain and process laboratory samples (e.g., blood, urine, fluid aspirates).
- Utilize imaging modalities, such as radiographs, ultrasound, endoscopy, and CT scans.
- Perform, monitor, and recover patients undergoing sedation and anesthesia.
- Deliver compassionate nursing care and comfort to all patients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification or licensing as a veterinary technician is preferred but not mandatory.
