BI Developer
Level: Mid/Experienced
Job Location: Hybrid- Wentzville MO, 63385
Salary: $75,000-110,000 per year (based on experience)

You will be working at our Wentzville, MO location, full-time access benefits, flexible and opportunities to work from home. This is a key position for you with a strong analytical and reporting background.
In the role of a BI Developer, you will design and develop reports, metrics, and analyses to drive key business decisions. You will provide a link between the raw enterprise data and key stakeholders throughout the organization. Key job responsibilities include data extraction, analysis, transformations, and visualizations.
Skills/Experience:
- Experience in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or other data analysis programs
- Experience in RDBMS applications (such as SQL Server Management Studio)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- A team player excited about the cross-functional collaboration
- Strong project management skills - ability to efficiently manage workload and quickly re-prioritize tasks throughout the day
- Naturally, inquisitive self-starter
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Preferred experience with compensation plans
- Industry knowledge not required, but a plus
- Passion for RV, camping, recreation, cars, and trucks a plus

Education/Experience:
- Extensive experience with performing code reviews of SQL code
- Quick learner and detailed orientated.
- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
