Job Description:
The Table Games Floor Supervisor will oversee Player/Dealer and Supervise activity in the Pit. Implements policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient gaming operations within assigned poker room in accordance with Nevada Gaming Commission’s procedures and internal controls of gaming .
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Protect game by monitoring player/dealer activity.
- Ensure departmental compliance to Nevada Gaming Regulations.
- Safeguard assets of the Table Games.
- Provide quality customer service to guests.
- Ensure tables have sufficient funds, make fills, credits, etc.
- Communicate status of Table Games effectively to Table Games Shift Manager.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- All other duties as assigned.
