The ideal candidate is an attorney with strong oral and written advocacy skills and a desire to hone his or her trial abilities. Candidates must be team players who will be responsible for effective and organized management of litigation cases at all phases of the case, from case inception to trial. This individual will create an excellent experience for our clients by providing high quality professional advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage litigation cases from case inception to trial, including conducting depositions, motion practice, trial advocacy, and directing paraprofessional support
- Maintain and develop client relationships
Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Strong oral and written advocacy skills
- 3-5 years of litigation experience
