We are partnered with a firm in the Orange County area that is looking for the right candidate to fill a mid-level Employment Attorney role. This firm is unique and transparent in the path to non-equity partner (doesn't require a book of business in order to be eligible). This firm offers internal and external business coaching, support and training if you are seeking that next step in your career. There is no policy regarding number of days in the office and the compensation package is competitive with the market.

Ideal candidate
- 4-7 years experience with employment litigation (defense)
- Must be an Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
- The candidate should have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school
- Proven outstanding academic credentials and superior writing, advocacy, and communication skills
- Posses the ability to handle multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively with attorneys and support staff
- Experience managing cases from inception to resolution
- Big firm experience preferred
