Evenflow Solutions has a client in Dallas that is looking for several Bilingual Medical Collectors to join their team.
About the position:
- Contract to hire position
- Onsite position in Dallas Texas
- Great Bonus incentives once you go perm with the company
- Rotating Shifts weekly : Monday through Friday-NO WEEKENDS 8:00-5:00 pm, 9:00 am-8:00 pm or 11:00-8:00 pm
Qualifications
- MUST be Billingual in both Spanish and in English
- No collections experience required. Manager is willing to train.
- Must have at least 2 years of Customer service or call center experience.
- Attendance and Punctuality are crucial
- Must be able to retain and learn a large amount of information in order to be successful in position
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with outstanding Medical Bills in order to collect payments or place on a payment plan
- Meet productivity standards on productivity
- Both incoming and outgoing automated call
- Thoroughly work all accounts in daily worklist
- Complete meaningful, results oriented collection activities on all accounts in assigned inventory
- Follow all HIPPA Guidelines
