Multi-state legal recoveries firm is seeking positive, upbeat and dependable customer service individuals, eager to join our Law Firm. Would you like to join our dedicated team and be part of our growth? If so, the following is required:
- Provide first class customer service to our clients
- Handle large volumes of inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Negotiate payment solutions that meet or exceed our expectations
- Set and exceed your own daily, weekly and monthly goals
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Two years of collection/customer service experience required, preferably in a Call Center
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Top notch negotiation skills
- FDCPA knowledge preferred
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel a plus
Must be able to pass a 10 year national background check and pre-employment drug screen.
**This position is solely in office.**
Benefits:
