Multi-state legal recoveries firm is seeking a dedicated, hard working and upbeat individual to join our rapidly growing Legal Operations team.
The Legal Operations Clerk will be responsible for reformatting and processing incoming legal documents with urgency, reviewing documents to ensure files have necessary documents required to progress with litigation process, assisting with processing documents through the redaction software and monitoring for accuracy, preparing documents for delivery to clients or internal staff ensuring all requisite attachments are present, sorting, packaging and mailing legal documents, and recording information in the Firm’s case management system.
The successful candidate must be
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with legal documents and terms
- Able to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Be very detail oriented
- Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and with outside vendors
- Able to work independently, with limited oversight
Salary dependent upon qualifications
