Description
The Project Manager would represent EventLink in the adult beverage space on our well-known premium spirits portfolio account. In this role, the Project Manager’s primary responsibilities are to plan and execute annual programming-based events scheduled.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing client projects as delegated by our Account Services team
- Project management on the account and seeing through an event from start to finish
- Reconcile all project budgets post-event
- Track and manage all financials of each project through our Teamwork system.
- Track and manage all project expenses through our Concur system
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, and/or Communications.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in the Adult Beverage Industry is a plus
- 1-2 years of Management experience strongly preferred.
Requirements:
- Ability to work alongside a team of professionals including our clients, internal EventLink teams, Partners, Vendors, Client Accounts, Client Brand Ambassadors, etc.
- Impeccable versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Strong ability to manage priorities and workflow to successfully complete any task at hand
- Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills
- Excellent skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Box, Teamwork, Teams, PayCom, Concur and Workstart.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Ability to determine when additional support is needed from the team and provide delegation
- Strong sense of awareness and great decision-making skills.
Schedule:
- Ability to work remote, if not located in the NorCal area
- Ability to travel to events/meetings as required (approx. 20% - subject to change given the approved event schedule as provided by the client).
