Position Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors degree
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Minimum 4 years of Office/Payroll/HR Experience
- Hours could be from 9:00 am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, mainly in Excel
- Experience in payroll software systems
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling HR related tasks
- Creating new employee files
- Maintaining employee's files
- Maintaining Time and Labor records
- Maintaining payroll records
- Processing payroll
- Processing payables and receivables (as needed)
- Filing and record keeping
- Processing mailings
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports
- Maintaining Time and Labor software
