This is a W2 position. Schedule is flexible. This individual will work independently and able to come to Exeter and Sinking Spring Offices.

Essential Function*: *This position is responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry, ancillary insurance billing tasks, some marketing tasks, ordering supplies, billing, payments, insurance issues, and managing facilities.
Daily Responsibilities and Duties:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Answer the phones; schedule new clients and reschedule existing clients
- Enter data into electronic health, upload insurance information
- Follow up with insurance companies on rejected claims and other ancillary tasks related to insurance billing (ex. EOB)
- Marketing tasks, such as the creation of email newsletter as assigned
- Scanning, faxing, filing, and mailing documents
- Following up with clients on past due balances
- Ordering supplies for the office
- Managing facilities; coordinating cleaning, maintenance, etc. for office spaces
- Demonstrate self-motivated attitude and ability to perform responsibilities of position with limited supervision
- Maintain open communication with other members of the team on a daily basis
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively multitask
- Follow and implement company policies and procedures as outlined in the company employee handbook
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and techniques and display a teachable attitude when learning a new skill
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in interactions with others
- Complete timesheet on a weekly basis
- Review and check clinician’s time sheets
- Reviewing claims and correcting, when needed.
- Perform related work as assigned

- Must be able to operate basic office equipment such as copier, telephones, scanning, etc.
- Speak, write, read, and understand the English language well enough to perform the essential duties of the job.
- Possess the dexterity to use the required tools to accomplish the tasks of the position.
Computer Skills:
- Must possess proficient knowledge of electronic health record software, Microsoft, and other business-related software, such as google docs.
- Must be able to operate basic office equipment such as copier, telephones, fax, scanning, etc.
Reasoning Ability Requirements:
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
- Solve problems using conflict resolution skills.
- Prioritize work according to the level of importance.
- Possess sound judgment capabilities.
