Description Billing & CollectionsJob Responsibilities• Review and edit routine pre-bills for specific practice groups, create and email final client invoices.• Assist attorneys, clients and staff with billing inquires including short-pays and write offs according to company policy.• Ability to effectively interact and communicate with attorneys, staff and clients.• Research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and problems.• Updating & closing Client/Matters.• Responsible for daily and weekly cash receipts and time reporting.• Contact clients regarding overdue accounts at attorneys requests.• Monitor E-billing Portals on a monthly basis.• Back up to Cash Receipts & credit card processing• Assist accounting personnel as needed. Requirements Requirements:• A college degree is preferred, basic accounting courses a must.• Two years of billing and accounting experience.• Strong attention to detail.• Intermediate knowledge of business software programs including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.• Excellent oral and written communication skills.• Ability to prioritize and work in a high-volume/fast paced production environment.• Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction.Robert Half is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer with respect to hiring, promotion and training.
