Role Overview:
As the Sales Development Manager for Everase, you will be responsible for expanding adoption of our dry erase resurfacing products within K–12 schools, school districts, and international education markets. This role blends direct selling with channel development and requires someone who can educate customers, build long-term relationships, and to cover all US and selected international countries, you will also work with independent dealers, distributors and installers network.
In addition to Everase resurfacing solutions, you will also support sales of related products in roll form, including dry erasable wallcoverings and dry erase overlaminate films.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with existing regional sales managers
- Drive sales of Everase dry erase resurfacing products to schools and school districts across the USA
- Expand international export sales by developing opportunities in global education markets
- Work directly with school principals, technology directors, facilities/buildings & grounds directors, and district-level administrators
- Promote cost-saving and sustainability benefits of resurfacing existing boards versus full replacement
- Build, train, and support a dealer and installer network to sell and install Everase products
- Identify and develop new leads through cold calls, emails, referrals, trade outreach, and social media
- Conduct virtual and in-person product presentations and demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing, and project scopes
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasts
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs within education and export markets
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through consistent follow-up and relationship management
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and closing skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and relationship-based sales
- Ability to build and manage dealer, distributor, or installer relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Sage, ACT, or similar)
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven with excellent follow-up habits
- Located within 30 minutes of Warminster, PA preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally (domestic and limited international)
