Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Manager – EVERWhite Division, you will leverage our success stories to create new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and accelerate sales. Your ability to conduct cold calls, communicate effectively, and follow through will be key in propelling our company forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell dry erase products to the education, division 10 contractors, healthcare, manufacturing, and B2B markets
- Identify and develop new leads through cold calls, emails, and social media
- Build and nurture client relationships, uncovering new opportunities
- Present product solutions via Zoom and in-person meetings
- Provide timely follow-ups and maintain CRM records with up-to-date client information
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors
- Create proposals, forecast revenue, and close sales
- Meet monthly sales targets with creativity and persistence
- Collaborate and work with Everase films division opportunities
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
- Degree or coursework in Business or Marketing preferred, not required
- Strong communication and closing skills with a persuasive approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Sage, Salesforce, ACT, etc.)
- Goal-driven with excellent follow-up and relationship-building abilities
- Located within 30 minutes of Warminster, PA preferred
- Occasional travel required (not a deal breaker)
