Backed by top-tier investors (Altman Capital, Y Combinator, and others), they’re redefining what’s possible in real-time AI voice communication — and they’re hiring a Founding Engineers to work directly with enterprise customers and drive real-world impact.

- You’ll embed with enterprise clients, own the technical relationship, and bring AI voice agents to life in real production systems.

- You’ll work across product, infra, and ops — and have a direct line to leadership, customers, and roadmap.
Requirments:
- 1 years of experience in a technical, product-adjacent engineering role
- Background in CS, CE, or EE, or equivalent hands-on skills
- You thrive in startup chaos — wearing multiple hats and moving fast
- Strong communicator — you’re comfortable with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Local to the Bay Area or willing to relocate (onsite 50 hrs/week 20 hrs/wk remote)

- $200K–$310K base
- $20K–$100K bonus
- 0.2%–0.7% equity
