Director of Sales – Hybrid | LA - Build, Lead & Scale, B2B Hardware 🛠️
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead sales at a company transforming real-world communications for defense, robotics, and beyond!
We’re partnering with a pioneering player in wireless systems for unmanned vehicles and connected platforms to hire a Director of Sales someone who brings process, passion, and proven performance to a scaling team.
This is more than just a leadership role, it’s a chance to shape the foundation of a global sales function that’s already seeing huge inbound traction and rapid growth. You’ll join a tight-knit leadership team and play a critical role in building structure, improving visibility, and driving results from day one.
Key Requirements:
- Leading and scaling a geographically distributed sales team
- Developing repeatable sales processes and coaching a high-performance culture
- Owning pipeline health, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Partnering cross-functionally with Sales Engineering and Marketing
- Staying close to strategic accounts and closing deals yourself
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience scaling B2B sales in tech (SaaS, comms hardware, or deep tech)
- A true player-coach - you’ll sell and lead in equal measure
- A data-driven approach to process improvement and performance
- Comfort working with CRM tools and reporting metrics (HubSpot a plus)
- Experience in emerging tech markets like drones
