Your New Role
As Director of Business Development, you’ll oversee a team of 4-6 BDRs across Southern California, driving strategic growth and market expansion. This hybrid role blends leadership (75%) with direct sales execution (25%), focusing on acquiring new retail partners, optimizing team performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- 8 years of experience leading B2B sales teams in defined territories
- Proven success selling to small and medium sized businesses and expanding customer bases
- Strong CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (65% ) across California, Utah, and Nevada
- Ideally based in the Los Angeles area
