Due to rapid growth and expansion, we are seeking Service Advisors for our busy Buick GMC dealership. Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Service Advisor will own the job duties listed below : Responsibilities Greet customers and qualify their needs Answer customer inquiries in person and via phone, email and text Maintain automotive service records Present menus with repair solutions custom tailored tot he customers needs Maintain high CSI score Complete Factory required training and certifications Handle all follow up communications with customers.
