System/Software Technician-III - San Francisco Onsite
Executive Summary:
Client is seeking an Integrations Technical Specialist to support the Restaurant Integrations team in certifying, launching, and maintaining merchant integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live and offline reviews of external partner integrations with DoorDash APIs.
- Evaluate integrations for technical compliance and provide actionable feedback to partners.
- Certify integrations that meet requirements and configure runtime variables/internal settings for launch readiness.
- Collaborate with the Integrations team to scale and document the certification process.
- Train new Integration Technical Specialists on tools, processes, and best practices.
- Triage and resolve technical issues raised by partners or escalated by Support, via live calls or ticket systems.
- Support additional tasks related to partner integrations, including:
- Aggregating integration data
- Data entry
- Technical documentation creation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional experience in a related technical or support role.
- Proven experience with APIs and integrations.
- Strong experience in client-facing communication for issue resolution and information sharing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic familiarity with GitHub or similar development tools (e.g., editing runtimes).
- (Strong Plus) Experience handling and analyzing large data sets.
- (Strong Plus) Proficiency in SQL.
- (Strong Plus) Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- (Strong Plus) Experience with technical writing/documentation.
- (Preferred) Bachelor’s Degree (not mandatory).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
