We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team and help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals in a warm and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide effective and safe therapeutic treatments.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall wellness of residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized therapy area.
• Follow all facility policies, including dress code, infection control, and safety procedures.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
• Ensure accurate documentation and communication with the interdisciplinary team.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or rehab setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
