Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with state and facility regulations
- Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to deliver top-quality care
- Order and manage medications, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Follow personalized care plans for each resident
- Perform wound care, treatments, and necessary procedures
- Accurately document all clinical observations and interventions
- Uphold resident rights and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA
- Valid LPN license in New Jersey
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Strong commitment to resident care, safety, and dignity
- Team-oriented, dependable, and passionate about long-term care
