Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay Range: Up to $40/hr

Shift: Every or every other weekend

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing and the Assistant Director of Nursing to provide exceptional care for our residents.
• Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Follow designated care plans tailored to residents' needs.
• Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the rights of residents, family members, employees, and facility information in compliance with HIPAA policies.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Jersey.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing is preferred.
