We’re a family run residential and commercial cleaning business based out of Atlanta, GA, servicing the broader Atlanta metro area. Owner operated by a Georgia native, Matt, our goal is to ensure both our clients and Teammates feel a part of the Exceptional Cleaning family. What does a typical day look like?

Typically, you’ll clean 2-3 houses a day (depending on the size) and we’ll always try and keep your travel time to a minimum.

Our clients are spread across the Atlanta metro area, we work with our clients to ensure our Teammates are spending more time working and earning vs travelling.

When you arrive at our clients’ homes, you’ll clock in and begin your shift. Working independently, you’ll clean the house top to bottom, left to right, paying attention to those little areas other cleaners may overlook. Cleaning includes but is not limited to:

· Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping all floors.

· Dusting all windows inclusive of blinds and ceiling fans.

· Deep cleaning all bathrooms including toilets, bathtubs, showers, sinks, mirror etc.

· Deep cleaning the kitchen, including counters, stove (inside and outside), refrigerator/freezer, appliances etc.

Every part of the home that the clients want touched, gets cleaned. It’s the Exceptional way.

In our industry, the little things matter to our clients, and we believe in rewarding those who go above and beyond. We offer quarterly bonuses based on performance as well as ad-hoc awards for Exceptional service.

Hourly rate starts at $17 per hour tips bonuses.

Hourly rates are reviewed periodically, increases align with quality of work and tenure.

One last thing…

This is a job that requires our team mates to be on their feet for several hours a day. Lifting, bending, squatting… if this isn’t an option for you, we understand, but would recommend going no further with your application.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
