Employment Direct Support Professional - Oswego County
Assist an individual with intellectual / developmental disabilities to learn work skills and to provide employment supports and job coaching to the individual in area businesses. Hours and days may vary. Rate of pay $18.00 per hour based upon experience.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation. Mileage reimbursement. Experience working with individuals with intellectual / developmental disabilities preferred. Must have technology available to download multiple apps and abide by EFR's technology policy.
EFR is a qualified employer in the New York State Health Care and Mental Hygiene Worker Bonus (HWB) Program. Employees who meet the minimum required hours may be eligible for up to two bonuses, with a total maximum payout of $3000.
