Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various duties related to order picking, order fulfillment, and warehouse management. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our distribution center. Duties: - Utilize reach trucks and order pickers to accurately and efficiently retrieve items from warehouse shelves - Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Collaborate with warehouse management system to track inventory levels and maintain organized storage areas - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment - Collaborate with warehouse supervisor and team members to meet daily production goals Skills: - Proficiency in operating reach trucks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment - Experience with warehouse management systems, such as AS400 - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and packaging - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency - Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse - Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred but not required - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time We offer competitive pay rates for this position.
