Real estate litigation
landlord/tenant,
foreclosure,
coop/condo,
adverse possession,
access agreement
Job Requirements
analyzing complex legal issues,
preparing legal memoranda and assisting with drafting of pleadings, briefs, affidavits and other legal filings as well as discovery demands.
Significant NY Supreme Court Experience
Submission of writing sample will be required.
1900 billable hours.
Salary $170,000-225,000 based on experience.
