We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Foreman to lead field crews in the construction of underground and aboveground petroleum systems. This role is responsible for daily site supervision, installation work, crew leadership, and ensuring safety and quality across all phases of construction.

- Supervise and actively participate in the installation of underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks
- Oversee and assist with the outfitting, piping, and dispenser installation for petroleum systems
- Ensure proper installation of fuel product piping, sumps, and dispensers in accordance with specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, site drawings, and manufacturer specs
- Accurately shoot grades and establish elevations
- Complete all required documentation including daily reports, site photos, and installation logs
- Enforce and promote a strong safety-first culture among the crew
- Operate heavy equipment necessary for various construction phases
- Train and mentor crew members on technical tasks and safe practices
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to maintain project timelines
- 4-6 years of experience in petroleum construction (underground and aboveground systems)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using grade lasers
- Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using mobile technology (tablets, smartphones)
