Traveling Construction Petroleum Foreman – Fuel ServicesCentral Services Division | Based in Oregon | Extensive Travel Required
We are actively hiring a Traveling Construction Petroleum Foreman to lead fuel system construction projects across commercial and industrial sites throughout the region. This position is based out of Oregon and requires a high level of travel (3–4 weeks on the road at a time, with scheduled breaks).
As a foreman, you will lead and supervise a team of Fuel Services Technicians on a range of specialized petroleum-related projects including Underground Storage Tank (UST) and Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) installations, fuel farm and bulk plant construction, C-store new builds and remodels, and fuel system upgrades. You will work hands-on in the field while managing project flow, enforcing safety protocols, reading blueprints, coordinating with subcontractors and project managers, and delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in petroleum construction or fuel system installation
Proven leadership experience running field crews on UST/AST, C-store, and/or fuel farm construction sites
U1 and/or U2 certifications highly preferred (or ability to obtain)
Strong knowledge of fuel system components, piping, electrical, and compliance regulations
Ability to read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and project specifications
Experience coordinating site logistics, materials, safety protocols, and inspections
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus
