As a Marketing AI Subject Matter Expert, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, adaptability, and a passion for leveraging AI to transform marketing strategies and operations, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Remote
Pay Range: Starting $75/hr plus (rate is negotiable based on experience level)
What's the Job?
- Provide domain expertise during AI model training to ensure understanding of marketing terminology, logic, and workflows.
- Label, curate, and validate datasets containing marketing materials such as ad copy, campaign briefs, KPIs, and customer segments.
- Translate end-to-end marketing workflows into structured training data for AI learning, identifying decision points and dependencies.
- Review AI-generated outputs for relevance, creativity, tone, and compliance, providing structured feedback for improvements.
- Partner with product teams to define AI-driven marketing use cases like campaign recommendations, content personalization, and audience segmentation.
What's Needed?
- Extensive experience working in Fortune 50 companies or major digital marketing firms with a focus on marketing strategy and execution.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- 7–12 years of hands-on marketing experience, including campaign strategy, marketing automation tools, analytics, and measurement workflows.
- Proven ability to translate real-world marketing problems into structured data or process documentation.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including data science, product, and engineering.
