What's the Job?
- Manage day-to-day global network operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and adherence to SOPs.
- Lead incident and problem management activities, driving timely resolution and root cause elimination.
- Oversee configuration management, network policy compliance, ACL reviews, and ITIL aligned change processes.
- Manage the lifecycle of network hardware/software, including upgrades, patches, vendor escalations, and compliance requirements (PCI/SOX).
- Serve as a primary interface for hotel leadership and IT stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, expectation management, and service transparency.
- 12 years of experience in network operations/engineering within global or distributed environments.
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, WAN, and enterprise monitoring.
- Active certifications such as CCNA and CCNP Routing and Switching.
- Experience with ITIL processes and configuration/change governance.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
