- Nice to have is industry experience if not construction industry or complex equipment tacking is next best to rail. No healthcare / banking etc.
- Nice to have is AI/Copilot they use this tool a ton for materials, etc. this is a bonus NOT REQUIRED.
- Nice to have equipment asset management ( Hexagon)
