- Reconciling accounts receivableledger to ensure all payments are accounted for.
- Assisting customers with invoices, billing, and other accounting statements.
- Process and send weekly customer statements.
- Process incoming mail concerning billing and invoicing.
- 1-2 years in accounts receivableexperience.
- 2 year accounting degree or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of ERP systems and basic Microsoft EXCEL functions.
- Close attention to detail and customer service background is desired!
- $22-24/hr DOE
