Extension is seeking a Payroll/Accounts Payable Specialist for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Process and manage invoices, including entry into software, applying to committed costs, and obtaining approval from PMs.
- Maintain vendor files, manage W-9s, and oversee annual 1099 reporting
- Handle payroll processing, including union and non-union employees
- Assist with new hire paperwork address payment inquiries from subcontractors and vendors.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of payroll experience, ideally in construction industry with union experience
- Familiarity with payroll processing software
- Experience in accounts payable
- Associate's degree in accounting
Salary Information
- $50K-70K
