Job Role Summary
- In partnership with the HR Leadership Team, establishes the vision for the HR function and leads the organization toward its future state
- Contributes to delivery of shareholder value by Creating Competitive Advantage Through People
- Responsible for employee development and organizational capability as an integral part of overall HR talent management process
- Advises, consults, and influences Senior Management on HR strategic matters
- Applies broad HR functional expertise from both embedded and services roles/experiences, and has specific responsibility for the work and deliverables of the job family
Job Role Responsibilities
- Leverages deep understanding of corporate strategy and partnership across the entire HR organization to ensure alignment of effective HR strategies/action plans to deliver short and long term business results
- Harnesses broad functional and HR technical experience to influence corporate strategies or cross-functional approaches by considering people implications, Corporate principles, service delivery implications, and the corporate general interest to execute HR strategies/action plans
- Empowers others to act in support of business strategy, consistent with HR principles
