The Senior QA/QC Inspector is responsible for inspections of installed or partially installed process piping systems, and monitors the handling of materials in compliance with the site / project quality assurance program.

The Senior QA/QC Inspector is responsible for inspections of installed or partially installed process piping systems, and monitors the handling of materials in compliance with the site / project quality assurance program.
Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- Conducts and coordinates all activities required to successfully provide quality assurance for an individual project
- Attends coordination meetings with clients and project kick off meetings
- Coordinates with TFS estimating team on bid reviews
- Performs project status reporting and customer relationship development
- Performs material inspection
- Performs weld inspection
- Performs installation inspections
- Conformance / non-conformance reporting
- Performs hydrostatic pressure test
- Performs pneumatic pressure test
- Performs inboard helium leak detection
- Performs outboard helium leak detection
- Performs particle sampling analysis
- Performs trace moisture and oxygen analysis
- Documents and archives per published TFS procedures
- Performs Borescope video inspections
- Creates Safety Observation Reports
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 6 years of experience
- Piping quality experience on semiconductor and pharmaceutical construction projects preferred
- American Society for Non-destructive Testing (ASNT) Level II required
- Certified Welding Inspector a plus
- Field quality inspection experience required
- Experience in construction, process equipment or piping industries
- Must have had experience on construction sites
