Sunrider is looking for a

Quality Control Inspector

• Interprets discrete job routine sheet, artwork, and specifications and confers wth management or other staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
• Works with production personnel to ensure cleanliness/sanitation of production equipment prior to production startup.
• Selects products for tests as specified stages in production process, and tests products for a variety of qualities such as moisture, pH, organoleptic attributes, etc.
• Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures.
• Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
• Crossed trained in other departments.
• Sets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance.
• Oversees Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and reports any infractions to the appropriate Supervisor/Manager.

• Essential duties are performed with regular oversight of work by Lead Person, Q.C. Supervisor, Assistant Q.C. Manager, or Q.C. Manager.
