Responsibilities
- Coordinate the installation of voice and data services for clients
- Communicate with clients to schedule installation appointments and provide updates on progress
- Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available for installation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient installation
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of installed products and services
- Maintain accurate records of installation schedules and progress
- Resolve any issues or concerns related to installation
- Proven experience as an Installation Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
