- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to staff members

- Handle customer inquiries and facilitate problem resolution
- Monitor and be accountable for various program metrics, including efficiency and overall team production
- Drive behaviors essential to surpassing targets
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement
- Uphold industry standards of workmanship, quality, and safety within your team's activities

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably within a parallel industry that demands astute management acumen
- Preferred, though not required: Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical experience
