The E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist is responsible for handling and processing Orders, online chat questions, backlog maintenance/follow up, account management/trouble shooting basic needs before escalation to our e-commerce back-end team, and any Customer calls as it pertains to the website. This position will be located in our Mount Sterling, KY location and report directly to our SalesOps team.
Hourly Range: $24.00 - $28.00 (based on experience)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Process and manage open orders placed through Wastebuilt.com to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Manage and troubleshoot online customer accounts and user logins
- Monitor incoming orders to ensure proper server syncing and order accuracy
- Work closely with marketing and retail teams to establish successful product campaigns, execute on action items, and actively work to help grow product sales on various e-commerce platforms
- Work closely with sales, SalesOps, and warehouse teams to ensure timely processing of orders, proper follow-ups on POs and backorders, and meeting of sales goals
- Monitor, escalate, and confirm/address incoming POs, customer requests, and web support escalations through email and chat services
- Work in conjunction with Ecommerce team to resolve issues on product listings, product content, pricing, coupons, promotions, shipping dates, deductions, and product availability
- Assist Accounting and others as necessary in resolving adjustments and disputes
- B.A., preferably in business, communications, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
- Experience updating websites directly or using a content management system
- E-commerce and/or digital marketing experience
- Skilled at navigating through online retailer platforms (i.e., Amazon, Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.); able to learn new systems, processes and rules for setting up and maintaining product content on different retailer platforms
- Strong project management and follow through skills
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving and research skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with supplier, customers, and team members
- Data processing and/or sales experience preferred but not required
- 2-3 Years of Experience preferred.
